Gorrissen Federspiel’s Energy & Infrastructure team provides value adding specialized advice on sector legislation within the field of energy law as regards Danish and Greenlandic law as well as EU and international law. The Energy & Infrastructure team brings together specialist lawyers from across all of our legal disciplines and provides advice that often spans the entire project life cycle. The team has experience with all relevant types of commercial and public contracts such as sales and acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, collaboration agreements, concession agreements and corporate power purchase agreements on some of the largest energy distribution deals and renewable energy deals in our market.
We frequently assist with regulatory matters, including application for and transfer of licenses, renewable energy subsidy schemes, state aid, merger control, grid connections and infrastructure planning and investments/divestments.
